How to work with us

Let’s make this real simple!

You fill out the ‘work with us’ form on here and we will understand a little bit  about your needs and what you think you need to outsource (you may not know and that’s absolutely fine). Alternatively you book in a call by using the booking link on LinkedIn and write what you think you need to outsource in the description box. You are fully aware of our prices (£35ph+ VAT).

If I think we can help, we have a call and tell each other about ourselves and our businesses. I share which team member I feel would be suitable to carry out the tasks and we decide together which hourly retainer would be suitable. If you don’t know what those tasks are, we figure it out together.

You have a 15 minute meet and greet with the team member that will be looking after you and check that they’re not super scary to put your mind at rest. After this, let me know that you want to go ahead or if it’s not for you.

Hollie (Ops Manager) reaches out and asks for information to fill out the contract. In the meantime, your VA will have organised a ‘kick off call’ with you and sent an invite over

You sign the contract and away you go! Our contracts have an initial term of 3 months and then move on to a rolling monthly. Within those first 3 months, we figure out what that magic number is. Eg. If you’ve signed up for 20 hours a month and you’re only using 17, we’ll bank them and by the time the three months is up, you’ll be in credit and we’ll adjust your hourly retainer moving forwards (yes I am human!).

DO NOT worry if you’re not sure what to outsource. We get this all of the time and we’re very good at helping you to figure it out. We can also start with one task and build up. 

Pricing

We charge £35ph + VAT and clients work with us on monthly retainer plans. 

10 hours pm £350+VAT

20 hours pm £700+VAT (Our most popular!)

30 hours pm £1050+VAT

40 hours pm £1400+ VAT

And so on….

We don’t have an obsession with multiples of 10, this is just a guide to start off with. 

You may sign up for a 20 hour per month retainer and find that you only need about 17 hours. 

For the first three months, we roll hours over or use hours from the next month. This is to enable us to find that magic number! Once the three months are up and we’ve found it, we stick to it ! Unless you get busier and need to increase your retainer of course…
